Hello all,

Just had a call back from Seat uk about lending me a demo for a few days. I must say the service has been fantastic, I can have the car for a whole week and they drop it off and pick it up.

I have a long wait until my FR gets here so this will be great! I haven't driven one before so I hope it is what I am looking for, from the things I have read on here I won't be disappointed!

I am well excited, what a great start to the week!!!

I love my current car so it could only be better or as good as it, plus I did read a lot of good things about them on here etc.

Ah my local dealer never has a demonstrator and there is only one dealer near us.. Seat uk were really good though

I ordered mine before driving it as well... Was more than pleased when I did get a test drive!

do you think they would do this if you hadnt ordered a car already? I think a longer "test drive" gives you a much better idea of what the car would be like to live with on a day to day basis.

All I know is it will be a Leon Fr TDI, not sure what spec it will be etc. All I want to do is see what its like to live with and use on the motorway etc.

I think a week should be just right....

your right not to worry about the spec, its the car your test driving, not the accessories.

by the way, do you know what the fastest car in the world is?

Hi there guys well i had my fr tdi now for just over a week n its just fantastic!!!!!! I sure you will love it, cant belive how so much smoother it is over my ibiza cupra tdi! enjoy

I sent an email from the Seat website for a test drive but when she called me back she gave me another number.

thanks for that. I spoke to the lady on that number, very nice. But she reffered me to someone else. And unfortunatly they only do demo's for business customers. To top it off their Cupra is booked up until end of August!!!

Very helpfull, but not the result i was after. Its a shame as you wouldnt get a dealer let you have the car for a week. And i think thats the best way of finding out if you can actually live with the car, a 30 minute test drive doesnt really tell you much.
