aircon service...

I've been quoted £75 + vat for a aircon service where they come to your house. I think he said he'd do the vacuum, re-lube and re-gas....it that a reasonable price?

Or does anyone recommend anyone in S London or Surrey?

would imagine nearer £50 to be a bit better. i had a nice friend do mine at a dealers for cheap as chips.

£75 is a bit more, mine was £50-£60ish from vagtech but your prob paying a little more for the convenience of them coming to you.

if you just want to re gas your system i bought the kit from halfford to do it it was cheap easy and very affective

arh i didn't know you can buy kits and do it yourself

well i don't think i'll use that company then, it sound like it can be done cheaper. I just checked the halfords website and they do quite a few aircon things

i might go for the £40 kit and halfords will probably even do it for me!
