I won't have bothered posting in a desiel thread due to the fact I don't own one. But again the thread is about milltek exhausts not specific to model or fuel type. 3rd person to comment owns a 20vt. Then the actual thread started then comment on a golf petrol exhaust
Thanks. I am very pleased with it. Sounds really good and raspy. The turbo whistle is also alot louder and you get a nice flutter when you lift of the gas.
i know helps when you dont have to pay full price and get bit of discount but yes pretty expensive, but worth it i my opinion i get so many comments about mine and how nice it sounds
hi all cost me £340 for cat-back, i do think petrol's sound alot nicer but oh well lol when i first start the car does make a burble noise but only lasts for about 2 secs then it sounds nearly as it did standard and if you rev the exhaust when not driving you cant really hear it atall its only when your driving and you nail it after 2500rpm it kicks in and sounds well nice but when driving slowly its asif it isnt there which i hink is great although some people like the noise constant brmmm lol will try and get a sound recording tonight but it does sound very similar to CupraPIP's
i could spend £340sih but i couldn't spend as much as gaz for full system, maybe if i had a cupra i would. Mikey that is how i personally think exhausts should be otherwise the sound on motorways at low revs would do your head in.
yea i think unless your a proper performance maniac and trying to get every single bhp from your car think cat-back is fine makes a nice sound just to let everyone know i'm booking it back in to have the rest done so in couple of weeks ill be a full system because i am a performance maniac and i do want to get every single bhp from it hahaha i'm now thinking about bigger turbo's but prob won't be for a few months yet going o get clutch and fmic fist.
