Just bought an FR!

Went to test drive a TDI FR at GK Seat in Derby this morning and ended up buying one! The car I went for (largely because they had it in stock) is

Leon FR TDI
Black Magic
Bluetooth
18" Wheels
Winter Pack
Convenience Pack
Ipod Connector

I'm well chuffed with the purchase, got a good price, the salesman was great and I should have the car in 2 weeks. Will be a massive culture shock from my current car (Peugot 206 1.4) but I can't wait

nice one mate, great colour (altohugh gets dirty in 2 seconds ). Definatly alot more powerful and bigger than your current car! A class above!
good options too, the bluetooth is a must!

No it just came out of stock so it's brand new not pre-registered or anyway. I didn't actually go in with the intention of getting the 18" wheels, convenience pack and ipod connector (wanted USB) but I decided I would spend the extra money rather than wait 12 weeks. I'm impatient like that

His name was David Allen. Nice enough chap and didn't bother with too much of the patter which is good because I can't stand that kind of thing. Fairly pleased with them so far but we'll have to see what happens with getting the car on time

Yeah he sold me my Ibiza. Took an 18 year old wanting to buy a 11k car seriously, due some credit!! Haggled with the finance company to get my finance, just a shame that the car was damaged slightly when I picked it up, but that wasn't his fault!

Try being me 20 turning up to buy a leon FR TDI in an 8year old Diesel Corsa.. lol

Not like at the VW garage - they were quite snobby, it lost them the sale imo!
