I wish I could... (am totally inept in web stuff) - and the time to bumble around in it messing it up previously deters me sorting it out.

the most up to date stuff is in here anyhows tho.. apart from e-comm, but I'm only a phone call away on 07976 800775

I have a good friend that does websites professionally for a living. I'm sure he would be most happy to quote you if you are willing to spend a little on it. He takes care of it all from design, through to hosting. PM if you are interested and I'll forward you his details Bill.

Out of interest - are DS2500's actually any better/worse than the standard brembo's from stealer?

ok I stand corrected. On the CSL DS2500s suck on track.

still fecking annoying that AP ship them as standard if they don't suit the car.

from talking to other m3/csl owners, its a common issue :(

summat to takeup with AP then.
Track use aint fast road use..... massive difference.

Have to agree with Bill on the pads discs and fluid, was there at Oulton Park when he "warmed up" his brakes. Chariots of fire or what!!!

Having tried both Ferrodo's every day

the only minor downside is the Ferrodo's don't have a wear sensor......that said the OEM brembo's were down to the metal on mine and several other cars and no warning light (it's only on one side) and doesn;t seem to work very well.....so no great loss IMO.

I would recommend having a go at fitting yourself 1-2hrs max for a novice....full guide with colour photo's on the main site.

Cheers...IVe seen the guide and have done a fair bit on my golf before getting the LCR - relatively straight forward job...its just getting the pins out and back in correctly that looks key - centre punch I guess and a thin one at that....also wondering where the best jack points are - for a pucker jack not the jack in the boot...any suggestions?

Excellent guide btw, is there a guide for the rear brakes or is it a similar method.

Just make sure you're 100% comfortable with fitting the pads if you're doing it yourself. The hardest part to fitting them on my car was getting the old pads out of the callipers, after the pins had been removed. They just wouldn't budge and had to be hammered out with a massive amount of force. Took me about 3 hours all in. The 2nd side was a piece of piss after the first though.

can anyone give me an idea of the lifespan of ds2500? normal use, occasional hooning(when mrs and kids are not in the car). quite happy with pagid blues but i think the vrs is a little heavy for them, they seem to "go off" a bit after some heavy petting.
not a fluid issue. as this is new and super dot 4(not sure of make, its what awesome supply ).

basically are they worth the 20 30 quid over pagids?(312mm version)
