im not going to over six quid mate i dont see how 2 ibizas can run the same plugs a 1.6 model and a cupra
jabba sport and most other vag tuning people say you have to run the platinum tipped plugs nothing else
i must be wrong, I just must be....even though the plugs I bought from Seat and the ones i bought from ECP were the same as the first set of plugs I removed from my car.....but I concede cos you obviously know best
i dont see how a £1.50 PLUG can last 40000 miles when my set last lasted a 10000 miles and was toast
you pay for what you get in life you pay peanuts you get monkeys i think my car is worth more than £6 if my plugs were £100 and had to change them every 12 months i would thats what my car means to me
yeah, that's the "standard" swap time for them... but they're shot before then
I've seen the expensive IK22's be useless in a few k miles, so there's some sensible ground somewhere. but a plug change at 20k would be better than waiting for them to be crud at 40
Your not having much luck with this car at the mo are you matey? how much have you had to fork out for it? Adamk told me he is sooo glad he swapped it for a Polo GTI as he kinda knew he would have to spend a fair few quid to get it right again.

ive spent £300 to get the car right i work in a garage i do all my own my work i think £300 is ok the car is at the same standard as when photek had it its making the same BHP 4 years on and its done twice the millage 100000 MILES AND STILL GOING STRONG
there is no way i would swap it for a polo gti the cupra is hear to stay no matter what the cost
and i spent £600 on it when i owned it as well , it is a good car though , and with any car that age , with those sort of mods and miles its bound to go wrong
