Why you after another car? and why change one 1.4 for another?
you'd probably be better off keeping the one you have for a couple of years, get a bit of 'no Claims' under your belt, as well as a bit of experience.. then go for a bigger engined car..

that induction kit looks like a disaster area.

also it is high mileage, and if i were to take a guess, it looks like it's been ragged.

and it says TOW BAR... cant see one on the pic, but a 1.4 'pulling' a trailer of some description that would work the engine hard.. Im in brum and Im not even TEMPTED to go look..

hmmm these motors suffer fom piston slap at high mileage listen close to the motor when taking it up rev range slowly for tapping noise from motor

hahahaha, im just going to have a look tomorrow and taking my ** who worked at vw for 3 years so he will know straight away

if it will fly through an MOT, he'll have no problems in taking it to an MOT station of your choice and putting a new one on, especially as it hasn't got long left on the current ticket.
