Forge dump valve - Fittings

Hi guys,

Im looking at purchasing a 007p and im keen to fit things myself is this a simplish job and does anyone having any fitting guides. I've seen the how to on Audi TT via forge's site. But any guides for the ibiza's?

I currently have a Dynatwist coldair filter is the 007p the best dump valve to acompany it?

Then ill be getting a Supersprint Cat back Exhaust me thinks.

That or the split r valve depending on whether you want much noise. Really easy job mate, 2 mins it takes. I just looked at how the original dv was and replaced it with the 007, job done

its exactly the same as the TT mate

3 connections, vac hose on the top, charge pipe hose on the side and the bottom sits into the turbo intake pipe. literally direct replacement to the standard dv

and gets my vote as the best dv around

Its a replacement unit mate, so couldnt be simpler, honestly!

Remove old one, refit new shiney one!

Do the 700p dump valves make much noise? or does the Split-R make more? ive read a fare few posts here but cant really see which is the loudest // best? some ppl rate the split-R others the 700p... dont know which to get myself

The split R is designed to sound more like a blow off valve while keeping the ecu happy. Although you can get quite a good noise from a 007p and a open cone filter. I have a smoothed air box with a 4" cold feed and a green cotton panel filter and i can hear my 007p quite clearly.

Split R is louder IMO. Simply becuase I have ran both. Some people say the 007 is louder but I would imagine thats because they are running high boost and have the right induction kit etc that improves the sound. I would guess that anyone who has a 007 that is already running decent mods was to change to the split r it would be even louder.

After all, the split r is part atmos so its designed to be louder

Im running subtle mods and mine is very loud

do i have to use a fitting kit to put a baileys dump valve on my leon cupra r

or can i replace it with the plastic one

if its a replacement recirc valve then it goes on that same way the bosch valve comes off

if its a gay blow off valve thats gonna lose you power then you might need a fitting kit
