Rear wash and boot lock both gone?!

Hi,

My boot lock has seized, key won't turn clockwise and central locking fob has no effect.
Also I can't get the rear windscreen wash to work.

I have searched the forums already and put 2 and 2 together but I thought I would check this first before I take it to get sorted: Does the rear wash run from the same fluid as the front wash?

This is probably a stupid question but I don't want to get to the garage and have them go "Oh its fine you just had no fluid in the rear wash".

Either way i'm in the garage tomorrow first thing if I want but i'm weighing up the cost/benefit of not having a car over the bank holiday weekend with having an unlocked boot over the bank holiday weekend. :headhurt:

I know what I should do...

If rear wash wipe aint working then check to see if your boot is wet.. My pipe came off the wiper and the car just wet itself.. only noticed it in a car park where a puddle had formed underneath.

GARAGE!

Just remove the boot liner, and reconnect the tubing, I bet thats all it is with the rear wash.

As for the lock, probably just requires a bit of a clean up.

Haha, well you are assuming I know how to do the above. Unfortunately I am utterly clueless and more importantly still under warranty so to the garage it is.
