Hi guys, Im on the look out for a battery cover. So far no luck, had a look on the for sale and put a message on wanted section. Where could i get a new one from? and how much are thay? Please and thank you!!

you just try and get one to fit though. i brought one of those stainless battery covers off of ebay before i realised there was loads of fuses/wiring on top of the battery on my LCR. and to be perfectly honest the quality of the thing was crappy. the laser cutting for the cupra R logo was almost as poor as the quality of the stainless steel used to make the thing......... a waste of money! :(

Ah see... u need to do a bit of modding, i currntly have and A3 and had the same problem.. I took the fuese plate of the top and mounted it downt he side of the battery. Then used some good old 4AWG Amp wide to get it power again. The cover looks mint.

I need to find somewhere to host photoes and i can show you what i did??

Dont know if i like the stainless covers that much? a good old plastic one would do me fine. Thanks guys!

They are the same as the golf ones as well, there are more golfs in the breakers than leons after all lol!
