The bike is doing 60-70 then suddenly 115 before the car hits him.. No amount of checking your mirror can see that coming. The biker never gave himself a chance never mind the car he is responsible for looking after his own life.. (not to say the car isnt also responsible but its not the cars fault solely)
** Although since the car doesn't appear to indicate that he is pulling out.. I suppose he is more at fault than I thought but the biker is still also at fault..
You do realise that is Kmh not Mph? So the biker is slowly accelerating from about 40mph to about 65mph.
The sad thing is I can tell you exactly what bike it is just by seeing the clocks! I need to get out more.
