My cupra is getting a full milltek no res exhaust fitted on friday. Cant wait. I take this is the full turbo back system. Was does the full Milltek system actually consist of and also what are the benifits of the system. Will the turbo be louder?

I do know what I orderd lol... I was been thick when I wrote that. Its the full Milltek non res. Ie the one you had on your pd160. What bhp was yours putting out in the end?

Sorry mate i wasn`t having a go. So you having a down pipe with decat or the sports cat and which tail pipe are you having. Hope your not having the sport CAT as they are a very expensive waste of money on a diesel get the decat and the oval pipe looks better then the twin pipes but thats a personal taste type of thing so screw what everyone else tells you get what you like best. My PD Cupra was running a daily 247 bhp and would do 265 bhp with everything maxed out. Never got around to mapping it properly or tuning the engine before i had a little accident back in November 2005 on the way to work one icy morning. I was aiming for 300bhp + but it wasn`t to be.
Ive got a full resonated milltek, it was one of the first mods i did on my car and one of the best! i found that it was more willing to rev upto 4 as well as spooling the turbo quicker, it sounds pretty nice too! av a listen to mine in second gear then 3rd! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZWevEs_Puo
