It depends on your new headunit - they're not vehicle specific

You'll either have a stubby little aerial-style connector on the back (ISO ... pretty rare now on modern headunits) or a hole to plug the aerial into (DIN)

Got my new radio fitted and its very pretty. However, I have a niddle with the Arial still, I got an amp-arial adaptor and wired it to the Motorised arial power connector, but still cant pick up any AM.

I asked my dad about this when he got home and he said its been doing it for ages [car was originaly his].

So it seems my arial is bust, but only a bit? Any suggestions on replacement?

Northants.
In the Ibiza I can only get a handful of FM stations and then the reception is sh*te! (All leads and connectors as they should be)

Great AM reception though! Thankfully I've got DAB to fall back on!
