My LC has just recently started hesitating mainly in 2nd gear around 2000 rpm when accelerating slowly, occasionally get it in 1st and 3rd gear to!

Is this the same kinda problem as you guys are talking about?

I was thinking it may have been something to do with the Forge Split-R valve i fitted a few weeks back...? Only other mod is the BMC but thats been on the car for around 7 months with no problems

Hmmmmm... I would expect to see about 240hp from a 210 LCR with Revo. Not more anyhow.
Mine ran 234hp at JKM. Only one I believe has made 260 and that had a few modifications.
There by far, the most accurate rollers I've seen....

Mine's in at JKM on Friday to try the ecu as everything else has been tried. Hopefully it will shed some light.

I doubt it, it was doing it before the split r and still doing it now. Im going out now to try a TB allignment see if that sorts it.

Is that just disconnecting the battery for 10 mins, re-connect and switch ignition on for 30 secs or so before starting the engine...?

No i was wondering what spring etc people were using, as they may not be string enough

I have the car back now, it wasn't the ecu but when they put my old one back in it was working fine. But now it is back to how it was, it's still quick but not what it should be. I don't think there is anything else to try. Good news though, whilst it was in i got a strut brace, service and new tyres done.
The mystery goes on!

Martins car recorded 270bhp on JKM's rollers Max flow rate of turbo is 275-280bhp so figures do sound good to me, as JKM's are obviously a very tight set.

Remap does give more than 240bhp though as 210 and 225 cars map to the EXACT same level. If a 225 car was only making 240 then it would not be noticable. I remember the 1st time i drove my mapped car over the standard car and there was a massive improvement

There must have been something up with yours if it only managed 234bhp from a remap Boost leak? Faulty maf?

Go onto Revo/Jabba/CC/APR websites and they all quote between 260-270bhp with just a remap. I do think 270 is a tad optimistic though, more like 260bhp. At the last JBS RR day, the majority of stage 1 tuned cars were around the 260bhp mark.

JBS do have a very good set IMO, much tighter than the majority of others, and far tighter than jabbas set

martins car is still running weird, my car is running fine now though fingers crossed touch wood my sig says the lastest rr figures but i think more BHP is still to come from her. The fans only cut in now when its raining or rained the night before which makes me think water is getting onto some electrical stuff

You got full BF system on that Ben? Seems way off the 270bhp that martin has with exact same spec.

Are you revo stage 2 mapped?

yeah full blueflame system 100cell cat revo stage 2, every car is differernt mitch though isnt it martins is back down to 250 somthing bhp now i think dont know why though
