Secret Clima Functions

Hi all.
There suppose to be a secret key combo that triggers the special functions of the clima screen (engine temp, real speed etc) like in the previous Leon.

I found this pdf file but it doesn't seem to work apart from the AUTO x 3sec function that sets the dual zone into a "mono"-zone.

Is there anyone who has found the actual key combo?

It says that you press ECON and "Air Dir Up" simultaneously to enter in the secret menu. By temperature "+" & "-" you change the main channels and by air "+" & "-" the secondary channels.

In the next paragraph it says that by pressing AUTO for 3 seconds you enter in Mono rather than dual function, and you can adjust the temperature for both zones just by adjusting the driver's temperature.

The thirh paragraph refers to the radio-Cd function concerning the volume/speed programming which is anyway in the manual. I don't speak Spanish, but some English & French do the job :smoke:

You sure the manual is for the new Leon?

I know you can do this on the Mk1.

Look at the photos of the PDF file I gave the link for. Only the Altea and Leon II have this "control board".

Oh OK! Just tried it again and it works. Maybe you need a later Acrobar Reader version.

This does not work on my Leon II. Does anybody have another combination?

Can I assume then if ive set it to monozone that pressing and holding AUTO again changes it back to dualzone?

I'd like to know I can go back again aswell

Intresting

To push by 2 or 3 seconds the button AUTO, activated the funcuinamiento in modality "MONO", so that the sensor of temperature of the conductor regulates both zones, is deactivated tightening one of the bellboys of the regulation of temperature of the passenger

Thats Bablefish's conversion of it,

i think, a bellboy is a passenger temperature up/down button.

so, press auto for 3 seconds, mono, change temp on passenger side reverts back to dual zone, can anyone confirm this?

ok, all tested now,

hold AUTO for 3 seconds, when you use the driver adjustments both side go up and down,

as soon as the passenger uses they're up and down it resets back to dual.

why do we like the symetery???? wierd!!

wonder if you could program something to turn the numbers off unless passenger/driver up/down buttons are pressed, then after say 5 seconds of no use the numbers go away again.

maybe change to an icon set to show cooling/heating/at temperature.

frek im waffeling about something that'll never happen
