I've finally sorted out my cars problems with a brand new MAF after lots of posts on here and trial and error!

Now it's fixed, I have noticed though, that my LCT seems to have ever so slightly fluctuating performance. For example, if I accelarate hard a few times, say between several sets of traffic lights, the performance wont be quite as strong on the last set of lights as it was between the first set.

What could this be due to? Air intake and intercooler warming?

My car has run that badly since I got it, I never noticed any fluctuations before the MAF as it rarely seemed to accelerate full stop!

I've also got what I think is a leak post turbo. Does anywhere have a tendancy to leak on a standard LC?

You still got the standard DV installed? They suck and cause this kind of problem...
Also, I think a pipe that does to the DV can split...
 
I'm running a Forge 007. Got rid of the stock one within a week!

I really need someone to drive the car under power past me to hear where the leak is from! If you just rev it while stationary under no load it doesn't do it. Annoying, especially as it sounds like I've got a whistle kettle under my bonnet when accelerating!
 
Heat soak perhaps? Accelerating hard will cause a lot of heat, and then slowing down quickly afterwards wont give things a chance to cool down much before you're at it again. There is no rush of cool air to help cool your engine and intercooler(s) after the first run so your intake and charge temps will be getting higher with each run.
 
That is what I thought, but I'd just not have thought it be so obvious. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't slow to a snails pace, but is definately noticeable.

Although, recently what was a convincing win over a MG ZR between the first set of traffic lights wasn't quite such a healthy win after set 3! :D
