Helpre Wheel Nuts

Help,

should bepicking my Leon up today but when the MOT was done the mechanic broke a locking wheelnut for the wolfrace alloys.

is this going to be a problem??

can i get a standard nut in replacement from somewhere like halfords??

need to get sorted otherwise i cant pick up my new car, any ideas?

Go to your car remove one of the unbroken wheel bolts. Get a lift to Halfords and other motor factors and see if they have anything the same.
Make sure it has the correct seat on the bolt either taper or radius.
Apart from that I cannot help, not sure if the Wolfrace wheels on your car use standard bolts.

Why were the MOT centre removing wheel bolts?

What did they use to remove the bolt, a windy gun, if so tell them they owe you a set of nuts as they should only remove lockers by hand so this does not happen

tell me about it not sure how the guy done it but wasnt too impressed. They have ordered new parts that should be in on monday, means i have to wait another 2 days to get my new toy!!!!!!! [:@] :censored: [:@]

Gaitor grip is always good lol, or if you get really stuck get a socket that fits nearly over the locker, put an extension on it and drive it over the nut with a club hammer, harsh but it works!
