just one or two very minor things....the passenger window goes up most of the way but stops about 2-3 cm short of shut...my mate rekons you have to set the window peramiters...anyone know how this is done on the mk3 ibiza??

also when i press the AC button the AC symbol apears but goes straight off wen i let the button go....and as far as i know the aircon does not come on..regular heaters work just not AC..anyone had this before??

If you look in the manual page 2.45 for the windows.
The aircon won't work at the moment as it is too cold (less the 5 degrees C) as detailed on page 2.81.

Ive noticed if the external temp reads less than 3 degrees or the frost symbol is displayed then the a/c wont turn on......this is probably a safety feature, it has been a bit cold lately. Maybe it just needs regassing??

Yup the windows are easy mate, have to keep doing mine every time i disconect the battery [:@]

Basicly have the engine on with the window up press and hold the window switch down for 10 secs (i think its 3 secs but i always do 10 to be safe) then do the same again but this time closing the window and hold the switch up for 10 secs, exactly the same for the passenger side, and the passenger window can be done by the switch on the drivers side, hope this helps.

Abit late but Welcome!:D

David.

Edit: i should have said let the window get to its open/close position then count the seconds while holding the switch up/down.

Thanks for the replys lads..will try the windows in the morning....cant believe how pleased i am with the car standard..so much more usable power..i.e not having to rev the nuts off it to get her going..unlike my Type R.
