Hi all, is it just mine or does anyone elses LCR smoke (condensation) from exhaust, when stationary in traffic whether warm or cold?
Noticed some other high performance cars do it as well but want to know if it's just mine or not?

Mine tends to do it quite a lot when cold and has to be really warm before it clears completely. Definately condensation/steam rather than smoke though.

The reaction that works the engine of an automobile is simply a combustion (burning) of petrol (gasoline), diesel oil, or LPG (propane). If the reaction goes efficiently, and to completion, the fuel reacts with oxygen from the air, and the products are carbon dioxide and water vapour, in roughly equal quantities.

Water vapour.
