found a set of wheeks that im considering getting in the near future..hopefully

what do people think? suit the car or not?

I quite like them in a weird way, but not really for me. They look alright - better out there though me thinks.

i did a search on Rochford Tyres for my car and it came up with a load of wheels, inlcuding the ones above

there is nothing wrong with the cupra alloys, they do weigh a ton! cant see these being much lighter though

tommmineh - on the website they have a list of several different pcd's and offsets, but have 5x100 et40 highlighted so i presume that would be for my car??

I like them. I think that BBS style alloys really suit the mk4

Yes that should be fine, you may need a small spacer on the front to clear the brakes, not sure though. I know my standard steels are ET42 but I only have teeny brakes.

Rear wheel spacers would probably be a good idea anyway so you might have to opt for a full set.

I'd go for them, you can test fit one on the front and then figure out what you need to do

was going to get rear spacers at the same timr i get the alloys as am wanting some anyway.
am going down to the place on saturday (hopefully) as i need some new tyres so if they have some in stock, will see if they fit on my car.

also gonig to have to see how funds go as it may take some time to save up the money as ideally i would like to get some coilovers at the same time!!

spacers are a must if you lowering the cupra cos the wheels look lost in the rear arches it handles a dream with my hubcentric 20mm srear spacers

Hmmm look nice. Simplish but still look nice. I do however prefer the simplicty of the Cupra alloys

I think it'd look great... just not too sure you'll be able to get them over the AP brakes. Take a few pics when you trial fit them
