fair play to jabba, after the other company having you waiting on nothing jabba have got you straight in haven't they!

envy the turbo kit but dont envy the bill you'll be having. it'll be more than iv spent on my car in total!

but MUCH more fun ;)

lol aye thats true

i would love to wack a big turbo onto the ibiza, its so tempting but theres part of me that thinks while i love my car to bits, i cant bring myself to spend those sort of figures on it when i'd much rather a better allround car overall.

no matter what turbo you got an M3 isnt going to be far behind in a straight line and as soon as some corners appear...well lets say its advantage M power ;)

lol the bill is quite a bit but yer glad they fitted me in straight away. i wouldnt be so sure on the M3 thing. cupra_matt is running GT2X set up and beats them and his is 282bhp and 296lb/ft so i would say IHI would be ahead but dont hold me to that!!! im sure i will find out when i get it back!!!! yer paul jump in dude if ya up at carlisle!! no probs ul have to come to crail with us all this year to.
Oh and acid mine owes me around the 13k mark now!!! great eh!!! haha i must be mad!

pete - an IHI ibiza will make an M3 look like it's standing still! a K03s ibiza has the edge over an M3! IHI must be mental though. can't imagine how quickly you would go through tyres though!

rubbish...depends which M3 you compare it too but i refer to an E46 and an IHI ibiza certainly wont make one look like its standing still

dont get me wrong IHI will be much quicker when its power is usuable e.g. 3rd gear rolling start...IHI no problems

but from a standing start 0-100 times will be almost identical, and tbh 0-150 is probably similar
i watched a video recently, think it was on youtube...stock M3, modified M3 and an A4 1.8T with GTRS (so same power range as IHI) and guess what, it wasnt that impressive! and it was a straight line drag

and for those who would say 'well theres a weight difference between an A4 and the Ibiza' well theres also a difference in the transmission too so its about break even. add corners into the equation and no matter what suspension you have it doesnt compare to an M3. the whole chassis is better made

dont let me take it away from pete, will be amazing! no doubts at all

From first (and second) hand experience I have been in an IHI car when it's made an M3 look like a 2CV, they honestly aren't a match for an IHI car. Porsches and Ferrari's are more fun to play with, and Evo FQ320's get left limping in the back ground too.

Same for the bigger of the Evo VIII's too! You really need to see it to believe it, once I'd been in a car as it was doing it I just had to have a big turbo :D

agree on what you say regarding corners, and chassis for that matter

but i really do think you need a ride in a higher power ibiza than your own, i really do, not being funny or big headed, but every M3 (dont know which) i have come accross has been left with pretty much ease, so ihi can only be better - alot better

lol iv been in quicker ibizas than mine mate and driven cars alot faster

i offer a difference of opinion rather than the typical "my car is the best there is no matter what" which you get on every forum

not saying an M3 is faster than an IHI like i said in the right situation the ibiza will be alot quicker than an M3 but some claims belong in max power!

i vaguely remember Gary (madmile) once claiming he had met his match in an M5, which although doesnt have the same engine as the M3, performance is pretty similar. and he had IHI long before most of you fellas had even heard of it.

not trying to be a ****, just realistic. the funny thing is my brother in law has just become one of those M3 wanabe 318 owners

the IHI will be great
