yeh i had it happen to me few year ago i lost 180quid on vtec controller that was comin from japan,never got out back like!
been 4 weeks still no item receieved will not deal with again very poor service

ive got a laguna fmic if your interested in it? its got no pipework with it, was gonna fit it to mine but gonna get a forge one now so changed my mind. i paid £50 for it but you can have it for £40....

i think thats the one who bought my nos? he seemed genuine,not defending him but i've had parcels delivered back to me before cus mr postie could'nt find address,if he still had the money in his paypal account when you opened the dispute,paypal remove it from his account and place it on hold,when he looks it shows no money in his account!!

well i had a message through ebay saying paypal will give the money back so god knows how long i'll have to wait.
