if you just upgrade the rear only go for the golf mk4 v5 rear arb.

probably best with front and rear i.e. neuspeed or r32 ones

So do the front and rear r32 ones fit?

Just had an MOT and they have picked up on the front ARB as it's creaking.

Front should fit the LCR, in theory not tried AFAIK.

Rear could be made to work assume you would need to make/find some drop links etc.

I thought about the R32 one but it's not much of an increse in diameter AFAIK, I used the 25mm Neuspeed and was impressed.

Currently i have a boggo std LCR (not for much longer:p ) but am just wondering what size arb is best and would i need to change them when i fit my KW V3s or keep them the same. Also are Seat dealers willing enough to fit a S3 strut brace as there is drilling involved.
Cheers Rikko:funk:

I'll have front and rear arbs, a strut brace and some v3's for sale come saturday if you want to save a few bob ;)

I'd do the brace myself (in fact - I did!) but i think i'd rather go to a specialist than pay dealer rates for an easy job.

I realized i hadn't put anything in the boot for over a year, and i never have more than 1 passenger so i've chopped it for an exige.

I think i put them on about 6 months ago (they took months to turn up! [:@]) and have done about 6k on them. Arbs a bit longer but i'll look at my reciepts book to check. I haven't really thought of a price yet as i will need to check the condition of them when i take them off to make sure they are A1. 2nd hand = half price in my book. I'll pm you in the next few days if thats ok. I need to get a move on as my new cars arriving on a trailer 9am sat

I've found them fine with no probs at all. They let you get away with being quite stiff if you like that as they are really well damped. But being the v3's you can set em how you like.

I also have a load of other stuff to make your trip worthwile ;)
