How does it work? Ive put 4 discs in and put the magazine back in the unit, it whirrs and clicks for a while then nothing!

Help!

Also has anyone without a trip computer tried installing a wiper stalk from a Trip computer model? I was wondering if its there, just not the buttons. (like Peugeot)

When it wers I think it is checking how many disks are in so there is power.

I take it you are pressing the CD button and then nothing happens?

Have you checked the conections on the head unit and changer? (changer only held in by a couple of screws IIRC)

If all seeems o.k you might want to try a cleaning disk but if still no koy I thinks its a trip to the dealer or a new system

What does it say on your headunit display?

Mine just packed up recently - checks for disks (taking a lot longer than it should do), but doesn't recognise them or play them. All I get is CD ERROR on the display. Dealer says I need a new unit so maybe yours is doing something similar?

i have found this also, it really is picky with burnt cds. I try and keep then in the most simple form and try to burn them on windows media player or nero as a standard cd. i think i need to get my changer cleaner the laser maybe be picking them up just. I hope dont want to have to get a new one, they are not cheap from seat but fle-bay have them for 90quid.
