has anyone driven 1.4 DAB 100ps?

Hello! my first post after browsing for a few days. Great community you seem to have here!
I'm after a change of car and spotted Seats special deal on the 1.4 DAB (the 100 PS one)
Has anybody on here driven one?
I've trawled the web for a review and can nly find reviews for the 75ps 1.4 which all say good things apart from it being a bit slow
I've booked a test drive on Sat but I wondering if anybody had any first hand experience of one?

The 100bhp 1.4 is a lot better than the 75bhp version. I highly recommend it over the 75!

The DAB has pretty much sold out, a few dealers have bought up stock and are advertising them on eBay with a discount

I'd ring your dealer and book a test drive . They loook pretty nice with the kit too. Got a fair bit of punch I'm led to believe.

Does anyone know the spec for the DAB?
i.e. what wheels etc it comes with?
It's not in the Seat brochure or on there website.

But what wheels does it come with?
I've seen it with Sport wheels and seen it with FR wheels.

Afaik it has 16" versions of the FR/Cupra wheels.

they should come with the exactly the same 16" wheels as the pre-facelift FR
post facelift the FR has 17's in a differant style, the cupra wheels a slightly differant again but still 17's
in fact all post facelift ibiza's i have seen have the 16" old FR alloys, other than the basic referance which has steelies

We have just had ours delivered to the showroom and there are some subtle differences like the interior it has the red stitching like the cupra and a new design specifically for the dab like the inside of a bomber jacket, it doesnt have an i-pod connecter just an aux in it has opening rear quaters, the same 16" spica (old Fr wheels) it has honeycomb grills next to the centre badge and steering wheel controls, and SIX SPEAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

compared to a 75hp the dab does feel quick a lot more responsive but it will take a couple of thou to loosen up

dont want to break any rules im in Leicester

it depends if you want metallic or not if its a 3 door in red i can do it for £8465 (saving £530) with metallic £8795 (saving £550) they would be brand new and not pre reg they will also be the latest DAB's

delivery could be upto three weeks because the cars are in the uk but are having the radios and wheels fitted at port so it depends on that
