yes, lots! Check with thatchams website. I had an Autowatch thatcham 1 piggyback alarm on my old Puma and it set automatically. didnt lock the doors but would go off if someone opened the door. Seats have the wiring for full closure so should work easily enough. Try Cliffords website too.

My LCR will lock itself after 30 or so seconds when the ignition has not been started?

I could be wrong, but isn't that if you were to unlock it and not open a door or boot for 30 seconds? Thats how mine works anyway.

lol you could be right but I'm sure with todays goings on with my boot issues I must have locked/unlocked the car over 100 times :)

I'm sure I unlocked the car, crawled into the boot closed the rear door and as I was playing with the boot mech. It autolocked, because after a further 20/30 secs the alarm went off becuase I was still in the boot.

Dunno:shrug: :)

It's better when you set it so that the car goes beep when you lock/unlock it. I was always having to go back and double check before i did this as you cant even listen out for the door pins going up and down as it aint got any.
I suppose you could set it so that only the drivers door opened unless you double clicked the alarm button (as standard?) as the thieving toe-rags might not check all the doors?

i have actually had the alarm set by seat 2 beep the once when locked:funk:

,but ive heard somewhere u can get them 2 lock when uve been driving pull up ,take the keys out & walk away:shrug:

I'm not aware of that, but i don't see why not. But if you ask me that is the grounds for a bad habbit. If you buy a new car in a years time and are in the habbit of walking away and letting it lock itself, you'll be making a similair post
I always lock my car (even when washing it) just so i know what state it is in if i have to run in and answer the phone etc, then forget to back to it for a while.
