I have noticed in some peoples "specs" on there sigs it mentions Fabia rear wiper?

What makes the skoda one different to a seat one the people!?

They basicaly look sleeker than the standard fit wiper and compliment the fron aero wipers.
You can also get a toureg rear wiper (like mine) which are also smart:

It looks better and it wipes better. The standard one is pretty useless as it shudders and smears over the screen.

But most importantly, it looks better! ;)

Personally i prefer the toureg one. I think it looks less bulky than the Fabia wiper, and suits the Aero front wipers more, but each to their own.

got to say though the touran one looks longer....rethink maybe

I bought the original wiper kit from Vag parts this year. My rear wiper started to get smeary, so i bought a new blade from VW. This one is slightly longer but wipes a treat and is big enough to clear more glass.
Not bad for about £5 (if i remember correctly)

I certainly wouldn't want the rear wiper much longer than the Fabia ones, it's ideal as it is.

Horses for courses i suppose. I do alot of miles to and from work and try to reverse park my car at all times, so having that bit of extra glass to see through helps to insure my bumber stays scratch free.. I also prefer the look, but it's nice to have a choice of 3 wipers that fit instead of making do with standard wipers like most makes of car.

but could you measure the toreg one when you have chance.my octavia rear motor packed up and i got anestate one cheap, but i had to fit the estate wiper too,but its much smaller then the octy saloon version.the toureg one looks similar in length and is better on the eye than the octy one.

like i said,no rush ;)

I bought the rear from ebay. I'll find you a link. Haven't replaced fronts yet but will be swapping them for the Golf R32 aero wipers in near future. The seat ones are rubbish! Mine smear really badly.
