Routing CD changer cable

Hi all.

Now that my CD changer is fitted and working I wonder if I've done the right thing.

I've run the cable from the head unit to the boot across the passenger footwell (behind the glovebox) and down under the left side cabin trim (floor level).
Also have fixed the ground/earth wire in the boot on the left side near the wheel arch.

Sound seems good but will it deteriorate?

Any comments?

if you have run it under the trim it wil be fine the outer casing is pretty tough

if you have used the ligh earthing piont on the rear wheel arch that will be fine

Gaz does the glove box lead come with and earth lead requiring connection - sorry for hijack

yes it does i earthed in to the frame of the dash next to the air vent with a spire clip ill get a pic for you

Quality as I have a cd changer sat in my house now:whistle: Need to speak with Vinny's Discounts tomoz for availability of lead:D

cool ok glad i got it out my dads leon! saved me 35 quid that i can use for boost gauge upgrade
