Defo not a one person job. Broke 2 drill bits in the process, gives me an excuse to get myself some new DIY toys. Wasnt too happy as some of the screw bodies were a little exposed due too the shape of the splitter not moulding 100% to the shape of the bumper. Quick trip down to B&Q and some black silicon sealer later and it looks the mutts nutts in my opinion. Well worth the cursing and swearing when you see the final outcome. :D

Mine was £17.99 cos I get 10% off at sir arnolds (where I bought the car) then another £7.14 for the silicon sealer from B&Q.

Is it worth doing this on a pre-facelift black Ibiza?

I'd go with BJM aswell, Andy I had this on mine for all of a week before my already stupid low front end that bottoms out with it on, decided to come close with a kerp and thanks to a un-named driver (a member on here!) it get ripped off from the bumper :(

Looked ace whilst it was on, but is so unpractical on such a already low fronted car...

Might get a new one in the new year saying that, and re-do mine!

Andy, your car would be more modded, and I'd stop with the remap business if u did :p

From reading this post. And seing pics of it somewhere else. I decided to order the part!!
Im collecting it tomorrow. (today Friday!)
Do you reckon anyone who has fitted one could do a little "how to" for numbskulls like myself!!

Such as what other bits and pieces from a trip to B&Q do I need? Time it takes? difficulty? ummm just a run through of what needs to be done. Things to watch out for such as the drills braking

Would be very very usefull !! Many thanks in advance! Such a brilliant cheap mod. Its silly not to do it. Just im not brilliant when it comes to car parts like this haha!!

Thank you very much!! Hope someone out there could lend a hand. :)
