MPG's What ya all getting?

Well I gave the MAF some Isopropyl (sp) Alcohol, gave the female connector to the MAF some Dielectric grease and fitted my Carbonio and the MPG went from 20.1 to 26.1

Have you tried pressing the 'reset' button on the trip computer control indicator stalk?

I reset it when I first got the car and reset it yesterday after getting my head unit back off Hooch

I haven't got a particularly heavy foot, I'll open it up on a slip road or something but normally wont go higher than 3,000 - 3,500 revs on normal driving

I've got the start of a slightly blowing exhuast which could be the route of the problems

I reset my trip everytime i fill it up as ive found that sometimes when it gives me my average mpg and how much is left in the tank, it doesnt change very much even if you go from a heavy foot to driving like miss daisy. Ive found if it doesnt seem to be moving much just reset it n keep driving the way you are and it should show improve. Either that or my car has a mind of its own lol
