Wiring boost gauge

Rite so, need to extend the wires on my autogauge smoked boost gauge.
Anyone know what the spec on the wire that I need is????
I have checked the other threads to no avail.

any panel wiring is ok to use, i used 1.5mm wiring which is probebly the easiest wire to source and most commonly used

Would that equate to 5 amp single wire??????????? Thats what they have in my local motor factors

yeah that will be fine, check to see it is multi strand wire and no single core, multi core is easier to bend and isnt as brittle as single core if it is being bent back and forth.
