Now then, afternoon folks...

Bobbed LEON on forums (and PistonHeads) a week to 10 days ago and have had the odd response...some shorter than others!

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=102001

I figured I'd have no problems selling it...it being mint/genuine etc. but am surprised to find little in the way of "firm" interest. Getting log-book back this weekend as have put private plate on retention, so hoping to get her in Auto Trader next week for about £8,995!

Is there any other reason why i've not sold her...I realise the colour may not be to everybodys taste but...

Cheers peeps.

Agreed. You might be better off waiting until the new year if you can. Things should pick up again after Jan

Tell me this isn't a poor attempt at getting your ad seen by a greater audience? Or am I just being cynical?

I think the price might be putting people off as well!!
Try www.whatcar.co.uk and www.parkers.co.uk for a free valuation and see what it comes up with.
I did a valuation for Cupra R 180bhp with 62K miles on a 03 plate and the price it came back with was £7295.
Hopefully you can sell it soon!!
Good luck with it dude!

Like Scotty says there is no 180bhp LCR.

There is a 180bhp LC though;)

His pricing is about right if not a little cheap! I would have put it on for 9500 and not let it go for a penny under 9k

Nah, Leon Cupra R 210...I realise its a bit cheap but got a new car coming beginning of December so really need to get things moving asap....

No foul-play as regards getting extra audience...thought I'd ask the question and see what you guys thought...

Sorry about that, i was only posting what whatcar.co.uk was quoting!!
They must there database wrong in that case!
I did find a difference in price between whatcar.co.uk and parkers.co.uk
It might be best to put it on at £8500 just to see if anyone calls about it. Don't sell it for the much but it would give you an indication on what people are willing to pay for one!
Also I did a search on the autotrader, it might help you!!
