i always use v power or before that optimax put normal 95 in for a long jurney and car didnt want to boost at all took ages to pick up and felt really bad! v power or good super is the best to put in it and i think makes alot of difference!

Tesco 99 is good when used in a smart, and its cheaper than V Power etc. I've not tried it in a SEAT tho.

In my little smart is likes either V power or Tesco 99! Doesnt like Ultimate tho.

In my Ibiza im currently using Tesco diesel, cos I got a 5p/litre off thing. My local Shell does the std diesel, not Extra:censored:

I'm with Gaz on this one V-power all the way, better boost and pickup, speed differance a few 10th's, but the car feels better and responds better anyware in the rev range.

what about mpg, is it better than 95ron if your cruising

Is that a joke  as me and gaz have talked about this before.
IF Not then I think that i get a little less MPG out of V-Power but I always run it on V-Power, but TBH when I have put other 95, 97, tescos 99 ron in it has just been to test the proformance diffrence not the MPG, so unsure really.
The diffrences are only minor don't expect to put in V-power and it to be a diffrent car, but there is a difference none the less, even more so if you have had it mapped as you can advance the timing further with a higher octane fuel.
