Suggest getting hold of vagcom, which surely the seat mechanic could do,and then look for possible fault codes?

This is my old car and the problem was aparent when I sold it to him (he knew it had a problem)

The lambada sensors have been changed and he has put the OEM air box back on just in case. (I don't think it is this though because the EM light has come back on)

The exhaust was a powerflow pile of $hit so that was taken of and sealed up properly them put back on properly.

The N75 valve is new and it has a Forge DV. (so it can't be the DV causeing problems)

The car seams to run fine (boosts too 17.8psi) for about two or three days after having the codes cleared, then the car will only boost to 8psi and the EM light comes on.

Biglee (the guy that bought the car) only lives a few miles from work and therfore the engine probably won't get that hot.

I think that the problem only arises when the engine is warm.
I belive that the problem could be split boost hose that only shows up when the engine is hot and the rubber hoses expand.

What do you guys think?

It has been read several times,

The only code showing is the "Bank 1 too lean" which would usually point to Lambada sensors, but they have been changed (done two or three weeks ago.)

Gentle whistling under heavy acceleration, but mine posted MAF sensor fault codes. Boost on mine was high as the split pipe was beneath the N75 valve. If it was split or leaking from somewhere else the fault codes may be different (& the boost characteristics). When my DV seal broke I couldn't hold boost, it spiked at max (24psi - Revo Stg 2), and quickly dropped down to 18psi. Wouldn't hold near max.

Get it on rollers if you think its a leak as its easier to trace.

i would think it could be a boost hose thats out of sight, usually slit around the jubilee's etc, sounds familiar to boost issues i had with my old car when it blew a simple vac line.

holding boost for 3 days and then dropping seems a bit strange though, that wouldnt suggest split pipe to me, as the problem would be constant

Split hose is only a guess!

We are clutching at straws slightly!
