Very nice! - I want one !!!

I do think that those black door strips are crying out for colour coding though

DC

I'm not sure, I quite like them it's something to break up the yellow, I think at some point some nice black wheels with big fat Brembo's in red would look pretty sweet though :D

Barring a few pennies I believe it was £12,200, which I think for the kind of car and performance you get is pretty good going, comparable cars seem to be a couple of thousand more. Barring a few teething problems i'm very happy. Somebody else mentioned the colour coding thing and I've seen it on a yellow car and i'm not sure I really like it, the black strips break up the yellow nicely I feel.

unfortunately when looking at the ibiza I looked straight at top end model (cupra) and said its out of my price range. Ordered a leon stylance with sports pack now.....if I hadnt Id proably relook at the ibiza fr. Is it the same engine as the polo 1.8 gti cause that sounded very nice...?

I really fancied the Cupra too but it was little too much for my wallet to cope with, so I looked at the next step down and felt that for the money it was more than good enough, certainly after a remap and a little tinkering it will be in Cupra territory without having to spend the extra 2k.

very nice colour mate  , nice car too, i wanted yellow (for a change)

VICKY M - you seem to be waiting ages for your FR, why is that? :censored:

tell me bout it, grrr
pick him up on wednesday, he's been registered, having the new yellow bump strips fitted atm, and being fully diamondbrited :D

very long story over the wait, should have got it 25th September, but held back a month for the person buying the SX, then all went tits up, and it's being traded in now!!!
25th is convenient for us, as we both get paid that day each month, so the finance payment comes out straight away ;)
