Thats only if material cost £100 quid. If you want it in more mathamatical terms then...
The tool costs X amount of pounds, this cost can be offset again the number of people who want a hose.
Example tool cost £300, 10 want a hose thats £30
Then you just include the material price for making the hose + man hours contructing it.
Therfore if the material price and labour change an a small hose could be no more than £20, or if you had a large hose then obviously the material change and labour is going to be higher.
This is why if anyone can get dimensions of the hoses I can get a rough costing
