Adjusted mine, not as high as in the above pic, but just above the VIN number and I know have about an inch between the end of the blade and the trim :)

As for them working better, the passenger wiper was still dragging on its down stroke, so gave the blade a bend so it sits better on the screen and it seems to be ok for now.

I got a set of these about 8 months ago in spain and adapted them for RHD a car, I've have no problems with them, but i did need to reposition the passengers side arm. Yes they do lift a VERY high speed, but frankly only above the legal limit, and in the rain you should not be doing over that really.

..cope with the speeds of 70-80 well
only gripe is that pass blade smears a little on its way up-but its not really in the field of normal vision.

very impressed with these so far
its always the little things!

Hi all
No questions for once just some useful info, as i searched the forum and found nothing on these babies.
Was looking at upgrading my front wipers for the vag aero wipers when i found this website offering these wipers £25 delivered to my front door and so easy to put on 2mins max but the best bit they look and perform mint.

Valeo - UM621

Silencio X.TRM Aftermarket FLAT WIPER BLADE UPGRADE 18"

Valeo - UM661

Dont know if you want to make this a sticky but i can highly recommend them

Gonna give these a try as my Halfords ones are crap :(

Passenger side only gets half wiped as the blade is not flush with the screen (not fouling though)

Drivers side rubber is coming loose at the right hand edge and flapping about when wiping (more so when at speed)

Going down to Brum next weekend so I hope delivery is quick enough :)

Just to add my findins to this thread after owning these for a week in bad weather...

I have had no end of trouble with the passenger blade dragging on the way down and making the most annoying squeak and as all it has done in South Wales is piss down this week it has got to me, so I have removed the passenger valeo blade and put a new stadard Bosch one (drivers side with spoiler) on, dropped the arm to its original position and it is smooth as silk....
I will see how it goes with the driver side as I have also had this missing water in the middle of the screen, about two inches long and this at only 70-80mph :(

Arrived this morning - fitted nice and fast unlike the old ones I took off :)

Been out for a spin and tested them at 'motorway speeds' and they seem to be perfect and quite honestly silent :)

Top Purchase :D

Just bought mine, so they should arrive on Tuesday!
I think they will fit on mine as the arm stops about an inch under the tax disc.
Will post back after a test drive!!
