Sony Ericsson V630i compatibility?

I'm thinking of upgrading my very old non Bluetooth Nokia to a SE V630i. Anybody had experience of this mobile with Bluetooth in the new Leon?
Also I searched the Seat UK web site and can't find the compatibility list that some have mentioned in other posts, anybody care to throw me a link

With an SE you shouldn't run up against any issues, do a search on here as it's been discussed many times over

Well it seems that the V630i is being discontinued so I opted for a SE K610i, hope it connects my address book OK

Your dealer should have made you aware before your bluetooth optional purchase and also configured your bluetooth on the day of handover! However, I have a list here of all compatable bluetooth phones....

I own a SE W810i, again thats not listed as a compatable phone, however I know they use the same software as the W800 & K750. Mine does disconnect but very rarely!

My SE W810i disconnects quite frequently, which is rather annoying to say the least! Thinking about blowing the dust off my Motorola V3 and using that again

Have you tried SonyEricsson's update service in the support area of their website?

You can upgrade your phones firmware at home using that - may solve any issues...

In some cases the arial which is connected to the bluetooth unit (under driver's seat) can become loose (thus for the disconnection), take it to your local dealer and have it looked at.

Well I can confirm that the SE K610i works fully with Bluetooth in the FR, address book n'all, no problems

Just in case anyone wants to know the Sony Ericsson K850i works fine, inc phone book download. Also the SPV C500 works but with out the phone book download

You may also find bluetooth disconnecting if you're going through an area with a high concentration of wi-fi hot spots. Bluetooth only broadcasts at about 10mW and can get saturated by background interference quite easily.
