I've found one by searching the board - Juan.

I presume the cars have their names on the bodywork somewhere ??

I think it's only on the key fob. Can't remember the one I had last time, but my car is going for a service in a couple of weeks so I'll see what they give me this time.

I had a very wet passenger footwell a couple of weeks after my service at Camberley, took it into Seat Emmer Green (as it's local to me) and they said that the pollen filter had not been fitted properly, which caused the leak. Fair play though, they told me to go ahead and get Emmer Green to replace it and they would reimburse me the costs (not received cheque yet though!)
