should be soon, something different to usual mods and should compliment others, running out of other mods to do..... even had option of a larger throttle body but was told gains would be like 1 or 2 bhp and wont see any benefit unless 450-500bhp+ compared to cost of new tb (R32 one is like £300!!)

mines @ postoffice for collection, arrived whilst on holiday.
R32 throttle body on mine (75mm vs 59mm as std) and also largeport version.

Hoping for some more geegee's from it on my motor.

The pictures are actually of my mani too hence the big hole for the t'body. :)

hope thats a prototype with that kind of welding........ that looks horrendous

im not a welding expert so wouldn't know

I think gains will be proportional to power output potential of the motor... all things being equal. small port vs largeport gains I would'nt expect to the same for example.

duty charge is high tho :( which I have to sort out for collection.

As with any mods I already assumed anyway that gains are prorpotional to spec. I would be happy with no power gain but better response/driveability/increased power band etc

duty charge, yuck was hoping they may 'skip' that :(

looks good i wonder if it would make any improvement on a k03s ibiza or would it only really make gains on big turbo engines that are already pushing the limits of the inlet manifold

I should imagine it would be an improvement on any level tuned car, just the size of the performance increase is proportiante to level of power being run as Bill said

I've seen one identical to that fitted to an audi TT. The guy runs it in the Rallycross championship

on a k0x car I would imagine next to no improvement in performance personally. not enough airflow to warrant losses in stock sizes I would'nt have thought.

just my 2 penneth.

got the R32 t'body gasket from dealer today and it looks like an elastic band ???? nothing like our paper gaskets on ours. Will have to make one I guess.

Bill i thought you'd already had yours a while back, or is this, another one, (not the dalhback one, as i know that didnt fit.)

This is another one.
I had Dahlback a couple years ago, but it does'nt fit ibiza engine bay (hits bonnet) and wont port to largeport.

I am running a dual plenum manifold currently since Oct 05 on my 1900cc motor. Inspired by Dahlback but made in UK by Pro-Alloy to design by Elton @ Jabba, based on discussions we had on my Dahlback and the way to replicate an ibiza fitment version in largeport.

Moving on now, with the higher airflow I now have, I believe the dual plenum is undersized, so am trying the 007 mani from the US. (combined with 75mm throttle body)
