lol, wonder if it's pulled the chassis legs in at the top

poor excuse 'couldn't find the towing eye'

Insurance company won't pay out for damage though, that's caused my misuse (as well as stupidity) if the chassis is twisted

Id be suprised if its done any permanent damage to the chassis, the seat-sport/momo strutbrace is more for show than actually useful.

To think i was reading about someone who had accidently put washer fluid in his brake resevoir yesterday too (not a skoda owner tho) :ban:

I'd been reading this with interest earlier. She does seem rather accident prone.:D

It's a shame she didn't get a bit more advice before she ended up with a remapped and modified car. There's plenty of nice standard ones out there.

personally I would have tied it round the wing mirror, or looped it round the steering wheel.

If she'd backed up she could have tied it to the exhaust or rear head restraints and she would have got a much better view of the carnage without the bonnet getting in the way.

I would look on this as unfortunate.

It was well intentioned, but perhaps a little misguided. Sadly life has a way of coming back at ya!

Put it down to experience and move on.

I hope nothing to costly has been damaged.

Doesn't sound like the guy from the highways agency is the sharpest tool in the box either

Mate with your ham fisted-ness you would have just given the car a thump and it would have ended up on the road... In bits :p

lol

I'm back :)

I think it is going to be okay. I took it to a garage up the road and they checked the rigits and spogets and he says I have not done any damage

Having the traction looked at tomorrow.

Moral of the story, never tow with your strut brace.

Good job you didn't tie the rope directly to your rigits or spogets or you'd really be in trouble.:D

Glad it's sounding all right though and I don't think you'll do it again. Nor will anybody else, come to that.
