Which 7 speed DSG gearbox do I have?

Hi All, I have a 2018 Ateca Xcellence TDI 190 4Drive with a 7 speed DSG, I've been trying to find out when the DSG needs its service but can't find any details in the user manuals. I have spoken with several different dealers giving them my reg and VIN number an have had a different answer from each one, including 40K, 60K 70K 80K & "it's a dry box and never needs a service". I've even contacted SEAT customer services, who asked several irreverent questions before promising to get back to me 2 days later and never did.

As a result I've decides to try and research it without involving a SEAT dealer, but I need to know which gearbox I have as there appears to be several 7 speeds with different requirements:

So how do I know which I have?

The DQ381 has a wet clutch (a multiplate job) in the place of the torque converter in a conventional automatic transmission.

Thanks for the reply, you seem certain, how do you know when the dealers don't appear to have a clue. Will one of the codes on the build sticker confirm it? I also have a petrol FR 190 4Drive Ateca, any idea which DSG gearbox that will have?
