I'm going to be looking at getting as much weight as possible removed from my car LCR.
One of the next big hurdles is to rip the dash board apart and save as much weight and have as little extras as possible in there.
There are the obvious ones like the radio, passengers air bag, fire proof matting etc etc.
I would imagine the actual dash would be quite heavy and made of vinyl and foam??
Could this be lightened?
As in is there a structure that would hold the shape of the dash while I rip out all the heavy bits?
