I can upload a single zip if you want, I think the main thing that would be of help is the ability to batch convert files rather than converting a single one at a time, if that's possible.

Latter with time i could make one app with everything on it. To convert .pnx files to .png or vice-versa you can select the button "Select Path" to select a folder with all the files that you want to convert with out the need to select single files.

This may not be the place for it but I'm currently trying to hack the garmin software onto my navigon.

So far I've tricked Fresh into thinking the Navigon is a Garmin and have got it downloading the software and installing 7.13.22 onto it but that seems to kill it.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yeh, probably.

I got a dropbox of a filesystem from a VW Up thread/

Which seems to be a basic version that then allows you to upgrade to the later version.

It just hangs on the bootloader once it's installed on the device though.

Pher,
Did you compiled your apps for 64-bit machine only?
I tried all apps from your links: KBI Compressor, KBI Extractor, PNG Converter, PNX Converter.
On my WinXP 32bit have error: ....exe is not valid application of system Win32.

Something wrong in my system or I have right about 64-bit?
Is possibility to compile apps to use on 32-bit Win system?

Yes, everything was compiled with Visual Studio 2013 running on Windows 8.1 - 64 bits. I'm almost sure that Visual Studio apps can be executed in 32 bit systems, even if compiled in 64 machines. Maybe the problem is a compatibility issue with your Windows version (XP).

I've checked my system - all is O.K., I have VS2013 runtimes too.

I will check your apps on another Win XP 32-bit machines, but I think problem is during compiling stage (the same situation as in VS2012). Two possibilities:
- compilation on 64-bit machine, target system have x86.
- you compile with toolset v110 , but target system is Windows XP.
In second case, please try in project Platform Toolset on "v110_xp".
If you don't change anything after first installation of VS2013, probably there cannot be problems.

When you test your app on your system, there is WoW64, or somethink like this to run "emulation 32-bit". On your computer will be no problem. Problems will be only on normal 32-bit computers.

At now I will use your apps on another computer (Win7 64-bit).

Anyone tested apps from Pher on normal Win XP 32-bit?

Hey,

I have to thank Pher for the file that allows us to use the Performance Display on the FR's, it works great. There are a few things I would like to adjust, like the RPM gauge (it's killing me) but the NFS Extractor link you posted isn't working :( Can you check if there is any other website that has the software for download or can you send it to me directly please.

Thanks a bunch

Do you know if the Garmin and Navigon share the dock connection, like switching one display for the other or if something major is involved?

A friend told me that SEAT Mexico dropped the support for the Navigon units.
So he will screw with some of the files on his (after making a backup of course) and see if the dealer will replace the unit with a Garmin under warranty. Fingers crossed.
