Just thought I’d write a bit about the sat nav and SD card for those that might be in the same boat as me. I recently purchased a 2014 Seat Leon ST and it had no SD card. It was a private sale so nothing I could do about it in terms of going back to a dealer. I called Seat and they said it would be £109 for a new SD for my car. I thought that was expensive so called back and asked what the part number was for the SD card so I could double check what I was buying. They gave it me. Went straight on eBay bought a matching used Seat SD card with that part number for £19.99 and hey presto it worked straight away. So used SD cards do work. You just have to get the correct part number.

Next step is to update the software and the maps. So if anyone had a step by step guide that would be great.

I'm not aware of anyway of updating the maps on an older MIB unit that doesn't involve the dealer getting a new card with different part number and then coding it to your car.

i am in the same boat as you were and have the same device number. could you either send me your part number? Or copy your SD card and send me a download link if your feeling generous?

Hi,

Sorry for reopening an old thread. I posted in another thread but hopefully this maybe looks more useful (there's a tan of stuff on here!)

Recently bought a Leon and had no SD card also. Attached a pic below. Looks like mib1 if my googling is correct.

Can anyone point me to where I can get an SD card that works and if its even possible to update the maps at all?

Thanks!
