I have a Seat Ibiza 6L

I'm trying to retrieve my SKC for a cluster swap, but nothing is working.

I've tried argdubs Me7 tool which returns:- initiating communication ....FAIL <error=0x01>

VAG commander = Cannot automatically detect EEPRom

I've tried using a VAG KKL CH340 and a Ross Tech using VCP drivers - VCDS works fine, but no other program is working for SKC retrieval ...

any ideas appreciated?
