how much would it cost to replace the clutch plate on a 1.4 average price? clutch is heavy and wd40 on the cable is no longer working and should looking at replacing, so how much would i be looking at?

I have just read the excellent guide for replacing front brake pads on a LCR. Is it basically the same for the rear too? Are there any tips or a guide please? Mark. BTW The DS2500s state for "Race Use Only" Should I be concerned about this?
