bought as it was already painted yellow, was cheap(ish) and the fact that the badge and chrome on the original looks pants.
still not sure myself, and i have now found to bare metal places on the bonnet that need attention :(either side of the new grille. doesn't look to bad, perhaps i am just getting used to it.
first person to call it chav gets a bitch slap:p:p

Looks odd now, but it was better than the first droopy nose thing you had before.

Hmmm I saw Beretta had one on Saturday, didn't look too bad on his VRS, he has a red one... was a bit odd tho...almost like a flat nose....am undecided. Sorry! l

Reminds me a bit of the Mk1 Toledo, but that's not like the one advertised in the pic. The one you fitted looks more messy with the grooved line (is that what a chrome grill would fit in to?). The red one in the photo was smooth.

the two lines down the centre of the bonnet is why the grille is shaped around the top, unlike the milotec one. and yer,the older one has the grille surround fitted inside the yellow oute, dunno why its on the new grille, its not needed, perhpas its an attempt to look "stock"

Yeah im not a fan of the new one either, it's a bit "plasticky" for me. Not sure if its because it's too thick, but it would definately look better with that line smoothed over and the VRS badge in the bottom right. TBH I would leave stock and paint the chrome black too. If you don't like the badge on the original, you could always get one specially made, theres a guy on eBay called emblemania who can make you one any size, any design, he did some excellent wheel centre caps for me.
