Yellow / red brake calipers

Quite often lately when out I see yellow or red brake calipers that look nice on black alloy wheels Are there specific brands that do these that are good quality or have the ones I've seen just been painted? I'd like something like this in future but have no idea about this type of thing and have always just gone with whatever the garage gets during the car services.

Leon Cupras have red callipers. Leon Cupra Rs have black Brembos I think. Different brake manufacturers do different colours, but you can paint any calliper to your liking to fit with the car.
