Wiper Washy Thingy!

OK didnt really now what to search for

Ive had a light come on in the dash. Its the one that looks like the washer squirty. I have fluid in the bottle though?
Im confused?

How full is it though...... mine comes in when there's little in it, but by no means empty !!

Aye so does mine and that highly annoying beep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every time the ignition is turned on. Mine is never empty for long.
